Polysilicon Deposition Reactors (CVD) Reactors

Polysilicon deposition reactors or Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) Reactors are critical equipment required in polysilicon production plants. These reactors are large pressure vessels with bell shaped (“bell jar”) enclosures that sit on top of base plates.

CVD Reactors produce high purity polysilicon by decomposing purified TCS and hydrogen that deposit onto silicon filaments. The product of this cycle is a polysilicon rod. The CVD Reactors are designed to contain the pressure and high temperatures that occur during the silicon growth (deposition). PPP Equipment Corporation offers two CVD Reactor designs with different capacities both capable of producing high-purity Solar Grade (SOG) or higher-purity Electronic Grade (EG) polysilicon.

High Efficiency Polysilicon Production

PPP Equipment Corporation’s engineers have designed PPP-E's high efficiency CVD Reactors to operate safely while consuming the least amount of electricity while lowering operating costs and reducing the cost of each kilogram of polysilicon produced.

36-L CVD Reactor

PPP Equipment Corporation’s 36-L Reactor is the market leader in output, production capacity and efficiency for 36 rod (18 pair) CVD Reactors.  PPP Equipment Corporation’s 36-L CVD Reactors deliver a minimum annual production capacity of Metric Tons per Year (MTY) of high-purity polysilicon.  The 36-L CVD Reactor is a high-efficiency unit, consuming less than 70 kWh of electricity per kilogram of polysilicon.  PPP-E’s CVD Reactors operate safely and minimize the consumption of electricity delivering the lowest possible operating costs thereby reducing the cost of each kilogram of poly produced.

54-R CVD Reactor

PPP Equipment Corporation’s 54-R Reactor is the market leader in output, production capacity and efficiency for 54 rod (27 pair) CVD Reactors.  PPP-E’s 54-R CVD Reactors deliver a minimum annual production capacity of 400 Metric Tons per Year (MTY) of high-purity polysilicon. The 54-R CVD Reactor is a high-efficiency unit, consuming less than 45 kWh of electricity per kilogram of polysilicon.  PPP-E’s CVD Reactors operate safely and minimize the consumption of electricity delivering the lowest possible operating costs thereby reducing the cost of each kilogram of poly produced.
